However, after 13 years of activities, educational success and gaining necessary requirements, it was promoted to the University ranking by Ministry of Science, Research and Technology Development Council in 2005. At present, USC has a reputation as one of the largest and prestigious universities
among the non-governmental universities in Iran and we are expanding rapidly. USC

its research and teaching in combining excellence with useful results in the service
of society. It is important to note that the ACECR is a large applied research and
cultural institute that acts in whole country and collaborates with different universities,
institutes, organizations and industrial centers. Therefore, USC as a member of
the ACECR has a good opportunity in order to support and facilitate the students
needs, especially the post-graduate students, for communications to several scientific
and engineering centers. USC endeavors to held new International programs specially
in post-graduate degrees and perform research activities. We intend to establish
